I tell her to be empathetic, why because that trait is decently hard to get.
I'd say Conflict Resolution > Emotional Control > Empathy > Manners > Responsibility (hierarchy of how hard it is to achieve the positive trait for with Conflict resolution being the hardest).
This is usually the pattern I follow for when I'm being offered choices. Always pick the ones favoring Conflict Resolution over all else, then work up the hierarchy. I almost never pick ones for manners or responsibility because those are just so easy to get doing basic things like complimenting someone, meeting new people, and doing homework.

Wolfgang is making progress in his career. Somehow. I really don't prioritize anyone but Juliette in this house...

When she finishes up I do try to have Thomas fall behind her, since his aspiration is the art one too.

Still attempting those friendships for Tristan. This was before I fully switched to autopilot for the boys.

All that's left for her now is to complete her 5 hours on an instrument!

Oh, and to end this update, Lucie's job decided to put her in a hard position.

I wanted her to keep her job, and she had maxed her positive notoriety, so nah.
